According to this point of the rules Paragraph 2.5 of our project, you are entitled to eternal mute. So yes, you had no right to say that, no matter what the player was doing.
You could swear a lot without touching anyone's relatives or political topics, but unfortunately, you chose the shortest path to getting a mute
