Описание проблемы: I kill him at beginning of round then he leaves server immediately and joins again, I go to plant A, he kills me from CT respawn after joining the server again.

the round ends 25 seconds after that, check the log:
2025-07-18 02:30:08 Team Bonus My team received a points bonus of 2 for triggering "All Terrorists eliminated".

this is not his first time, he does this other days, leaves and joins server after getting killed at beginning of round

Это жёсткий абуз перезаходами, за такое банчик дня на три как минимум. Он часто проявляет слабоумие и отвагу, всяко разно портя игру другим игрокам.
